The COP26 Climate Change Summit was held in Glasgow, England. Aiming to become carbon neutral by 2050, 46 countries, including the UK, have declared that they will stop coal power generation by the 2040s (or 2030s for major economies)!🗣
However, Korea 🇰🇷, which participated in the coal phase-out declaration, consistently gave ambiguous answers to questions about the timing of the end of coal power generation.😩 Are they trying to maintain their position as an advanced country in coal power generation?🤦♂️
