Who's investing ‘black money’ in Samcheok coal power

Since last year, the Samcheok coal power plant has been issuing corporate bonds to raise capital for construction (1 trillion won). Although 200 billion KRW has been raised so far, Korea’s last coal power plant can be stopped if financial institutions decide against purchasing the remaining 800 billion KRW.
